We purchased a South Terrace house in probate before it came to the market. It was bought for considerably less than our client was prepared to pay and at £3,080,000, this was likely the most well- bought property on the street in over a decade.

In February we acquired a rare lateral flat with direct communal garden access. We managed to do this at what we consider a fair price, despite being only the second party to view. Moreover, we were introduced directly to the owner, so there was no selling agent’s fee to be taken into account by the seller.
