Founded by Jonathan Smith in 2019, 75 per cent of the company's transactions are on an off market basis, and since inception we have transacted deals from £2m to £74m. All but one of these was a sole agency instruction.

We are known for our personalised service, discretion and our unique book of some of London's most elite properties and buyers. 95 per cent of our properties are sole agency instructions that you will not find anywhere else.
In 2023 we topped the monthly property chart twice in London's most significant deal of the month, at £40m and £36.2m, according to Lonres.
We have both flats and houses from £2m to over £100m currently available which are not online with any agent. We are an agency, not a portal listing other agents' properties.
We don't chase market share or volume; we focus on doing fewer things exceptionally well.
